How to Make a Donation

​

1. Go to the Community Foundation’s web site.

2. Scroll down on the “Give” page until you see the online donation form.

3. Fill out the form.  When you get to the “Choose A Fund” field, select “Suicide Prevention Fund” from the drop-down list.  Choose the amount you want to donate.  You can make a donation in honor of or in memory of someone.

4. Enter in your credit card details.

5. Click on the “Submit” button.
    

After we receive your donation, we will send you a receipt in the mail.
