Registration

Register as an individual, family or team!

Call Brian Hart at 737-5501 or e-mail him at bhart@co.chemung.ny.us with any questions

or in you need to make any changes to the team you have registered.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Click on Register above and order your t-shirt by April 25th to ensure availability of t-shirts and lunch.

2. For your convenience you may download and print the Donation Form .

3. If you pre-register and  raise at least $15 in donations you are guaranteed a t-shirt and lunch!!!

4. Have donors make checks payable to “Community Foundation Suicide Prevention Fund.” 

5. On Thursday, May 1st between 7:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Bring your donations to YWCA, 211 Lake Street, Elmira.

6. You will also be able to pick up your lunch ticket(s) and t-shirt(s) at this time.

7. Bring any additional donations to the park between 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on the morning of the walk.

8. Individuals do not have to be members of a team, nor must they raise money, in order to participate.

9. Walkers may register at the On-The-Spot registration table in the Whip Building between 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. 

10. Lunch tickets and t-shirts will be available on a first come, first serve basis if you use On-The-Spot registration.

The Walk will begin promptly at 11:00AM!
